Our Projects

Agnist Center

Arjia Rinpoche, a revered Tibetan-Mongolian monk, founded the Agnist Center as part of his ongoing efforts to support the well-being of Mongolians, particularly the elderly. Rinpoche has always deeply cared for his heritage and is committed to addressing the social challenges faced by Mongolian communities. His charitable projects reflect his dedication to the values of compassion and service, central to Buddhist teachings.

The Agnist Center is designed to improve the mental and physical well-being of the elderly, providing a safe, welcoming space where they can engage in activities that foster both health and community. This initiative offers a place for older individuals to spend their time meaningfully, ensuring they feel valued and connected. The center embodies the Buddhist principles of compassion, offering support to those who need it most.

Through the generosity of donors and supporters from across the globe—including the United States, Japan, Taiwan, and China—the center is being built to create a brighter future for Mongolia’s elders. The Agnist Center stands as a testament to Arjia Rinpoche’s commitment to helping those in need, reflecting the deep values of mutual respect and compassion that permeate Mongolian culture.
